PARFAIT OF FRUITS, YOGURT, GRATED COCONUT, GRANOLA AND PEANUT BUTTER

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup granola
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a lidded container.
  2. Place 1 layer of yogurt, followed by oats and blueberries.
  3. Then place another layer of yogurt, followed by sliced banana and granola.
  4. Finally place the strawberries and peanut butter on top.

*You can prepare the night before and leave it in the fridge*
