PARFAIT OF FRUITS, YOGURT, GRATED COCONUT, GRANOLA AND PEANUT BUTTER
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1/3 cup granola
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 small banana
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- Place all ingredients in a lidded container.
- Place 1 layer of yogurt, followed by oats and blueberries.
- Then place another layer of yogurt, followed by sliced banana and granola.
- Finally place the strawberries and peanut butter on top.
*You can prepare the night before and leave it in the fridge*
